Taylor F. Williams-Moniz is a partner with Young & Williams LLP, directing her practice toward civil litigation, including real estate, business transactions and bankruptcy matters, as well as probate, estate planning, and landlord/tenant issues. Ms. Williams-Moniz was admitted to the California Bar in 2011, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Central and Eastern Districts of California), Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association, and San Fernando Valley Bar Association. Taylor serves on the Board of Directors of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association as Trustee, and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association as President.

Ms. Williams-Moniz graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin in 2008. While completing her undergraduate studies, Ms. Williams-Moniz studied abroad in Sicily, Italy at the Mediterranean Center for Arts and Sciences and focused on the Italian Mafia. Ms. Williams-Moniz received her Juris Doctor in 2011 from Pepperdine University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Williams-Moniz clerked for the Governor of Texas. In addition, Ms. Williams-Moniz served as Associate Editor of the Journal for Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law. Prior to joining Young & Williams LLP in September 2012, Ms. Williams-Moniz practiced civil litigation with another firm in Los Angeles.

Ms. Williams-Moniz co-hosts “Real Estate: It’s That Simple!” on Friday mornings on KHTS radio where she and her co-host discuss all things real estate related. Ms. Williams-Moniz volunteers with Reading to Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring underserved children with a love of reading. She also volunteers monthly with the West Los Angeles Animal Shelter.
